Rules & Restrictions

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Occasionally, the Distribution Center will be closed due to a holiday or our yearly physical inventory count. No orders will be processed or shipped when the Distribution Center is closed.
• Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
